I use a Person-Centred approach which means I focus on working in partnership with my client, allowing them to express themselves without being judged. I am mindful everyone expresses and processes things in different ways and at different speeds so I work with clients individually to make sure I am giving them the best support possible. I create a safe and secure environment to allow them to fully explore their feelings without the fear of judgement. I can use a range of approaches so we work together to tailor the sessions to best suit the client.
