I am an enthusiastic integrative therapist in development, dedicated to providing a warm and holistic approach to support your well-being. With a passion for caring through expressed words, my role extends beyond listening – I am committed to understanding how you feel on a deeper level and exploring the underlying emotions that may influence your experiences.  I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. (BACP)
Emotions are powerful indicators of our inner world, offering valuable insights into what is truly going on for you. Together, we embark on a journey of self-discovery, using my skills of empathy, unbiased understanding, and a non-judgmental approach.
I bring warmth, transparency and patience to our sessions, creating a safe space for you to express yourself freely. As a therapist, my goal is to guide you towards positive outcomes, helping you navigate and overcome the challenges you may be facing. Being integrative the basis of my practice is person-centred and psychodynamic however, I draw upon my knowledge of a range of counselling models – Gestalt and CBT to tailor my approach to the client’s presenting issues, i.e. stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and work-related difficulties. Whatever your concern, you’ll have a safe space to talk.
Before counselling, I had years of experience and a successful career in banking and finance with the ability to get on with people from all walks of life. In addition to my counselling skills, I am also trained in holistic therapeutic massage, enhancing the overall therapeutic experience. I believe in a holistic and interconnected approach, where counselling compliments the physical and emotional aspects of well-being.
