Why Low Cost Counselling?

At the PGDC we offer affordable ways of accessing counselling and psychotherapy within the community through our low-cost service if you are on benefits or a low income.

We are integrative counsellors and use various counselling approaches including Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Gestalt approach. We will use the appropriate counselling approach/es to meet your individual needs.

We have a team of counsellors/psychotherapists who are able to help individuals who are experiencing difficulties associated with:

Our low-cost counsellors/psychotherapists are qualified therapists working towards accreditation or either in training. All our counsellors are insured and a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)

We provide short-term or long-term therapy.

LOW-COST COUNSELLING FEES

Telephone consultation – Free

All assessments: £25 – Fee to be paid at the time of booking
 
Day Time Sessions: £25-£35 (Mon-Sat 9 am – 4 pm)
 
Evening sessions: £30-£40 (Mon- Fri 5 pm – 8 pm)
