Counselling offers you a confidential space, where you can talk about your problems or difficulties.

Counselling gives you the opportunity to reflect, explore, and understand how your thoughts, feelings & behaviour may contribute to the way you relate to yourself and others.
We will listen to your concerns in a non- judgmental, and empathic way (putting ourselves in your shoes)
- Do counsellors give advice?
Counsellors do not give direct advice but will help you to find your own answers and develop strategies to help with your concerns.
- What is counselling used for?
People seek counselling for a wide range of reasons, such as:
Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Eating disorder, Low self-esteem, Lack of confidence, Relationship problems, Childhood related issues, Stress, Feeling overwhelmed, Family problems, Work difficulties, etc...
- How will my progress be monitored within counselling?
We will conduct regular reviews to monitor your progress and ensure that you achieve your therapeutic goals.
- What type of counselling is on offer?
We provide long-term and short-term counselling, depending on your individual needs.
- Are there different counselling formats?
Yes, We provide:
- Face to face
- What are the different counselling approaches used?
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- How long are the counselling sessions?
The initial assessment lasts for 50 minutes and the counselling sessions are for 50 minutes thereafter. This is usually on a weekly basis.
- Are the sessions treated in confidence?
Yes, everything that is discussed in the session is strictly confidential.
- Cancellation policy?
Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel a session. If possible, we will try to reschedule our appointment.
The full fee will be charged for sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
- Do you suggest recommended reading/resources
Yes, We suggest recommended reading on the presenting issue and support you to achieve your desired outcome.
