Our Background

The Personal Growth and Development Centre was founded by Kate Megase, the CEO, and psychotherapist with over ten years of experience. We are a team of highly experienced counsellors/psychotherapists in Harley Street and Croydon. We support couples, individuals (including children) and organisations.


The PGDC is dedicated to enhancing self-esteem, fostering healthy relationships, and addressing stress, anxiety, and depression. Our aim is to meet therapeutic goals in six sessions, backed by a successful track record. We offer continuous support, equipping clients with tools and guidance for personal growth and improved well-being.


We use different techniques such as Person – Centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Gestalt. We will use the appropriate counselling approach/approaches to meet your personal needs, to help you understand the root cause of your problems.
